How will my product be shipped?
We offer free UPS Ground® shipping on all orders over $150.00. What this means is: If your total purchase - excluding sales tax - exceeds $149.99 we will ship your products to you and pay for UPS Ground® shipping.

If you want to use a faster method of shipping all you have to do is select it from among the choices on the checkout page. You will be given a discount equivalent to our cost to ship the packages to you by UPS Ground®. The result of all of this formulating is shown as the "Shipping" charge on your invoice page.

Second Day Air shipping is more expensive, as you may know, but if your pre-tax order total is $150.00 or more you can save probably $7 to $17 dollars - more if your order is very heavy.

How can I check on the status of my order?
Click on Track Your Order link and enter your order number in the text field provided. Your order number can be found on your printed reciept or on the confirmation email you received when you placed your order.

When will my order be shipped?
All in stock items will be sent within 24 hours after you place you order.

Please call our office and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number for all return items. RA numbers are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 15 days of ship date. Item must be returned to us within 20 days.

What if the item received is the wrong item?

Damaged in transit Items
Please contact the package carrier upon receiving the item if package is damaged.

Defective Items

 Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 20 days of your invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at BackPackJacks's expense. If express shipment is requested the additional expense will be required. Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item. Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Allow 10-15 business days for processing returns. BackPackJacks does not handle repairs.
